"A School that Nurtures Students Who Will Create the Future"
What should schools aim for in a rapidly changing society, including climate change? In our school, all the teachers discussed what competencies they would like our students to have. There the OECD's learning framework was used as a reference. We also devised our curriculum. We set up a cross-curriculum day in the timetable for students to explore freely. This is where students connect with adults from various societies and try to solve problems such as climate change. We believe that through education, we can nurture people who can solve social problems.
